Our clients were looking for an open, elegant bath and spa for their new master bedroom suite. They desired plenty of space yet privacy for two people using the room simultaneously. They wanted large casement and transom windows in the bath to complement the multiple windows Carmel Builders had installed in the adjacent bedroom. These windows, along with the elevated bath and floor to ceiling marble offer a luxuriant ambiance. Built in benches in the marble encased shower, his and hers vanities and an additional commode in the powder room directly off the bath satisfy the need for privacy. The Mediterranean styling is accentuated by columns, decorative chandelier, wall sconces and urns. The barreled ceiling with hidden theatre accent lighting provides a tasteful opulence to the master bath and compatibility to the grandeur of the entire home.
