RESIDENTIAL BATHROOM

After years in Connecticut, the homeowners decided it was time to move their family back to Wisconsin. They found the almost-perfect home; in need of a few remedies before they moved in. The master bathroom was an area in dire need of a complete makeover. The space was terribly outdated in both functionality and look. Dark woodwork, pink fixtures, a tiny window and a cumbersome layout made the already small space feel even more crowded.

The owners were looking for a contemporary, bright bathroom with an open and airy feel. The remodeled and redesigned master bathroom by Carmel Builders features a large, luxurious whirlpool tub and custom shower. The contemporary design of tile and glass is prevalent throughout the room. The small window was replaced with a large triple casement window which maintains privacy while allowing natural light to fill the room. Frameless glass shower doors create an open atmosphere with a modern look. The mirror above dual sinks reflects the natural light providing a bright and open feel. With a custom made countertop and maple cabinets, the bathroom is practical and luxurious for two! A once problem area is now a refreshing retreat.
