Tom Weiher, President of Carmel Builders was selected by the judges as the winner for this honor in 2003. Tom has been a regular participant in the Certified Professional training classes, on the Government Affairs committee, and on the Ethics Committee. A member of the Board of Directors, he is always willing to give his time to speak to high school and technical school students and to answer consumer inquiries for the association's Question and Answer columns.
Every year, this award is presented to the person who's been a Certified Professional for at least three years and continues to excel in the field, while sharing professional experience and expertise with other association members.
